Went a few months ago for deep, throbbing abdominal discomfort that wouldn't improve with meds or non-pharm methods. They took my gallbladder out the next morning. Little fricker was full of stones.
ETA: This was on a weekend at around 8PM. If it had been a weekday or even earlier in the day, I'd have called my PCP or tried an urgent care first.

Stovetop burner wasn’t turned all the way off so there was a slow leak for about 4-5 hours before my son caught it. Friendly note, mount your carbon monoxide detectors a little lower and not on the ceiling bc it’s heavier than air and will settle low.
