My wife and I often sleep in different rooms. I’ve got to get up real early for my job, around 4:00 AM, and her job starts at 8:00 AM. Our work hours are different. It’s just easier to get quality sleep this way. When the weekend comes we sleep in the same room. But yeah during the work week it’s easier to get restful sleep this way.
