I grew up in and currently work in the construction industry. Hispanics are the life blood of the construction industry. They are willing to do the jobs that most Americans don’t want to do, but they also have the skills and knowledge to correctly perform the work. Most of them are also salt-of-the-earth dudes, too, but occasionally you run into a shithead.

Just had my house re-shingled yesterday by a bunch of Mexicans.Guess they were Mexicans, looked like it but the foreman was from El Salvador.
Dudes can work, they pulled up in my driveway, got out of their trucks like a swarm of bees and went to work. Did a good job, too.

Many Americans are in denial about this truth. They will demand non-Hispanic workers on their project then wonder why methhead Joe either didn’t show up or completely messed up the job. But hey, at least Joe spoke English.
