Unfortunately this describes a lot of younger women these days. I used to date plenty of girls in their 20s. I wouldn't enter into a conversation with them on a topic unless they could demonstrate at least some basic knowledge.
Example: She wants to talk politics. Me: Ok, first tell me who the Vice President is. Her: Crickets. End of talk.
