It is what it is.
Shotgun approach to finding sales people.
Don’t seem like they invest in people.
Smart people use it as a training ground to learn how to close deals. You screw up who cares and if you do well you make money. This is where you learn to make a plan and work your plan. It’s a training camp to get some sales exposure.
If they have no protected area etc you know even if you are a top producer you can find a better job. You are there for the commission money not just the base and building a resume.
Better people make commissions, and move on when they find something better.
