Every time you want a snack, replace it with water.

Go to bed earlier and sleep longer.

Avoid eating late. Food consumption/excess water should stop 2 hours before bed, minimum.

Getting in about 10,000 to 15,000 steps daily

Park farther in parking lots and walk
Take the stairs when u can
Only drink water

If you need to lose weight start cutting out 250-500 calories everyday
Get a food scale if you unsure of serving sizes. You will be surprised

You don’t need keto or intermittent fasting or the next trendy diet.
You don’t want to cut out sugar or carbs completely. You will fail

Alcohol is killing your progress

I know this is all subjective and everyone is different but as long as I am in a caloric deficit it doesn’t matter what time I eat. Whether it’s 4 hours before bedtime or 45 minutes before it didn’t make a difference. Again, this is just my experience.
