all I have is my wallpaper....I have lost my icons and no access to taskbar at bottom...can't right click and have tried rebooting..
any suggestions.?

tap the windows button, this will bring up the start menu.
my suggestion is to restore to a time you know everything was there.(a cpl days ago,maybe)
