When the first group that bought Hooters of America from Bob Brooks came in they went on a tear of modernizing and making things more efficient. They found that particular wing was only being produced by our suppliers for fhe purpose of supplying Hooters. The suppliers made an offer to get us away from that type of wing do they didn't have to do that production line just for us anymore. You got a bigger wing out of the deal. The ones eith the tips took 8 minutes to cook and the current ones take about 13 minutes to cook
