Pretty decent. There was an article in the NY Times a few days ago that said the UW NIL budget is around $8M/year.
DeBoer's philosophy is to pay current players to stay, then productive portal players, then high school recruits in that order. So a lot of players came back another year because of that (Penix, Fautanu, Odunze), plus we picked up quite a few key transfers. The high school recruiting is going to be a tough road against teams like Oregon who are willing to pay recruits big money as well though.
