It wasn't that the talent was young, because they never really got better. Also, players like Major Burns, he's as good as he's going to get. Now he can play a little bit better with better pieces around him, but if the defense doesn't get better, he's not going to get any better. All that to say, it's not all coaching, but at the same time, the defense had talent. I think that at times, House was stubborn and didn't let the defense play to what strengths they had.

And what are those strengths? House had a bad year. LSU does not have the talent we thought. I agree he was stubborn. I've seen DC's try and compensate playing DB's off the ball when inexperienced. Never works out.
