Our players aren't explosive off the line, we can not run people down, and struggle with tackling.

Sage for example seems like he's a step slow to be elite. He's long, but isn't DBU material from what I see on TV

Perkins is elite but was not mentioned all game. How is that possible?

Well coached players/teams have decisiveness which makes them seem much faster. If we ran a bunch of 40s vs other teams, I don't think we'd be much slower, we are just lost out there and it takes away speed.

How do they make NFL rosters, yet they can't compete in the SEC.

Who recruits the players??

...So at the end of the day.. its the coaches..

Having one of the best pass rushers in CFB playing back in coverage is not Perkins' fault. It's his coach's. Criminal misuse of a major talent.

Excuse of prepping him for next level is BS. There's always room for a defender who can get after the QB.
