The phucking recruiters doors were open to everybody. Don't bitch if you didn't join the club. Especially after 20 years of war. NAW, that didn't break people, right? Some of us chose to join something bigger than ourselves so everyone can keep the privileges we have.
YES, some take advantage of the system that finally got put in place to help the real war Hero's from WW2, Nam & South Korea.
The most phucked up thing about it was the fact they never advertised the benefits and it's a total $hitshow to put in a claim. Then wait a year to here something meanwhile Vets die. Most Vets that are homeless or on drugs don't know there's help(and some do) but the system is too hard to navigate with mental problems.
It's really simple to under stand, you should know a contract is a contract working for a dealership. I signed my contract in 1985 and it said if the military causes any injuries, they will take care of all medical issues and make you whole. Would you expect anything less if it was your son or daughter?
The bigger problem I see is they are giving everyone an easy PTSD disability and it won't be long before they take guns from Vets. New election coming, new riots, new shootings, 2024 is gonna be a show.
