As other said check the ammo. Plenty of autos have issues with cheap ammo especially aluminum casings. Run some Winchester White box through it and if it still has issues just return it and get a new one.

Not glocks, he’s either limp wristing or has a one in a million lemon. Shot aluminum and every other ammo through 9mm/40/45s and only had an issue once, when a reman round exploded and blew off the extractor. Literally the only time I’ve ever had a Glock F2F.
