Wired connection running at 92Mbps 
I don't understand it, I restarted my Roku device but the problem persists.
Am I missing something?

I've got a gig fiber connection at home and I still get Sling buffering. It's gotten worse instead of better over the years. Maybe their infrastructure isn't keeping up with demand.
