Yeah, but everyone said where has that guy been for the past 10 years.

He went from an A lister to a guy who did bit parts in movies and shows you never heard of.

There were a bunch of these back in the 80s and early 90s too. Mickey Rourke, Debra Winger, Rachel Ward, Emilio Estevez, Andrew McCarthy, Steve Guttenberg, Darryl Hannah. etc.

That seems to be the most fickle era of Hollywood history. I mean Mr T went from an absolute nobody to the biggest celebrity with movies, a hit TV show, his own cartoon, breakfast cereal and toy line then back to a complete nobody all in the span of less than three years. It was like America wanted to guzzle the entertainment bottle down in one gulp and then toss it in the trash never to be thought of again. You gotta respect guys like Tom Cruise, Tom Hanks, etc who managed to survive that whirlpool.
