Really sad how many people around here would rather support the Chinese and drive a soyota over a real American Chevy or Jeep
Hate to break it to you but some Soyotas are made in Texas and Chevy’s and Jeeps are increasingly made in Mexico. Heck even GM makes some vehicles like the Buick Encore in CHINA.

Anybody ever stop for a moment to think that maybe these unions are pricing themselves out of jobs and making it much more appealing for manufacturers to pay subsistence wages to foreign workers to produce their products? Big Macs cost more at McDonalds where the minimum wage has been raised to $15.00/hr and employees have been let go to cut labor costs. Same thing happens in other businesses and industries as well when the cost of labor exceeds its value.
By the same token, teachers with tenure and teachers' unions backing them don't have students who perform well, and UAW workers who use their unions to make demands of their employers with no fear of repercussion turn out lower quality products. As long as they get theirs, they don't give a shite about the quality of their product they produce.
