You think the hordes of 5'2" migrants who can't speak english are going to stay in those cities, or does it make more sense that they would spread out to the suburbs or to other states where there are more economic opportunities for labor? Try playing this out to its logical conclusion. In 18 years their kids will be of voting age – in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas, etc.
