You should learn what those are before you start spouting off about things you don't understand. You need a hypercoagulable state, endothelial damage, and you need venous stasis.

Secondly, if you knew one of the main three underlying pathophysiological components of thrombotic events, you could look up the stats to see how many people have certain genetic dispositions for hypercoagulable states. These inherited thrombophilia's are extremely prevalent in the population at large. Certain medications, like OCPs, metabolic conditions, like obesity, and risk factors, like smoking, can increase the overall risk of thrombotic events.

I've already tried educating you when you, if I remember, tried to tell me that we couldn't tell post-mortem clots apart from pre-mortem clots, which we absolutely can. And if I recall, I described the major patterns of cellular injury that must occur at the molecular level in the case such injury.
