I think the saddest part for me is knowing that it really doesn't matter how talented your overall recruiting class may be because opposing schools are going to continue recruiting these players even after signing day. I know some will say that's illegal, but in big time college football, there really are no rules.

This is why coaches have been forced to re-recruit its own players every off-season because they know opposing teams have also continued to relentlessly pursue their players by staying in touch with the player's family, friends or agent. Signing day now simply means you have access to that player for at least one season, but after that, it turns into the wild, wild west all over again!
