House changed jobs 7 times in the previous 10 years before he got hired at LSU. He never had to fully develop players b/c of all his short stints and somehow landed a job with the Chiefs. Kelly hiring a linebackers coach as DC cost him a potential playoff spot. Someone (Mathieu?) vouched for House and it cost Kelly a season with a potential Heisman winner..
