More or less. He used a flagpole and wench. You’d have to climb and mount your “top halo” once and use a “hollow halo,” but otherwise, i would argue it’s worth a read. You don’t have to worry about the “base” as you’ve got a 20ish year old root system to keep it firm/strong there.
