Kinda similar happened here. My youngest brother’s youngest is almost 3, and he thought it was hilarious to steal the remote and run off. He underestimated Nanny (aka Godmother for those of y’all that don’t speak Louisianese) speed, and I caught his little arse and tickled him until he gave the remote up. The football game was never interrupted, but it was a fun game for us to play together.

Sorry your relative’s kid was a little turd and actually interrupted the game. Sounds like his parents failed him and will continue to do so intentionally.
