We have the wallpaper (not the glue) already for our powder room by the front door, but I refuse to do this job myself. I'll screw it up.
How much is labor for a room like that? Small half bath with sink and toilet, nothing else.
Its most likely glued already. Almost all of it has been for about 50 years. It used to be common for the labor to hang a roll to cost what the roll itself costs. A roll doesn't cover much LOL. It is a pain in the arse but if the pattern is not too confused it is pretty simple to do. The more detailed the pattern the more it will take to cover because you have to match the pattern and there is a bunch of waste. A small powder room would have about 144 square feet of wall (doors and windows don't count as less area because of pattern matching) and a typical double roll will cover about 60 square feet and cost about $200 so the labor would cost around $500 to hang it. At least that used to be a good rule of thumb, about the same cost to hang as to but the material.
