re: Pocket knife recommendations

Depends on what you expect him to use it for. My first knife was a case sodbuster…I’m now 60 years old and still have it. It is a good skinning knife but is a little large for carrying every day. For a true pocket knife, I’d go for a case sodbuster Jr.
