There never will be an actual fix to the interstate at I10 bridge because the genuineness that originally built it decided to make it a 45 degree on and off ramp to enter or exit the bridge. This means all traffic, especially big trucks, have to slow down to 25-35mph to do both and will always cause bottlenecks. Only real solution is another bridge or completely changing the way we enter/exit the bridge but we all know that will never happen in our lifetime.

Easiest reasonable thing to do to help traffic in br is to remove the majority of traffic lights on airline highway so traffic can actually move. Airline was supposed to be the bypass.

If you want more then widen the median (there is plenty of right of way) and install median u turns, maybe a single point urban interchange or 2.
