I have no idea your budget and won't ask, but I just bought a 3/2.5 in Plano in March. 2500 sq ft. newly renovated but older pipes.
I like it very much. It's my first home and I'm still single. Little far north for me but as discussed going further south is absurdly priced. I have a friend who lives around Mockingbird area east of 75 and his place is nowhere near as nice/new but is in a better area and has a pool. He paid a good price and got it in 2020
