For some reason this area struggles to keep businesses open. There’s a quaint little grocery store on Lake Carolyn on a cute street but so many for lease signs on the windows of abandoned businesses.

So much potential in that area but it’s not really thriving like it should. The DART line goes through it so it’s very easy to access.
