This has been happening on multiple plays every damn game. Carr just don't have any options to throw the ball down field so that's why we see so many check downs to the RBs.

I changed my mind on this after watching the QB school link.
The plays aren't always good design, but a lot are. Carr is just not attempting the throws and is checking down. Sometimes he checks down without even looking at the wide open deep balls. Top that with Carr is not an accurate passer compared to other NFL QB's.
Watch QB school link and then come back and tell us it's bad play design. I think it's more a dumb QB, that isn't making reads, and must not be able to throw the deep ball after the shoulder injury. That's my opinion.
