Diffently get blood work done. I've battled depression all my like. Had major neck surgery and two bouts of pancreatitis, and found out I have non-alcoholic liver disease all in the past three years. For the past thirty years I've had no energy and would crash every day for a couple of hours. Blood test showed my pancreas produces no enzymes. That means no nutrients are getting in my system. Put me on enzymes therapy. Now I have so much energy I can get shite done. Until my neck starts acting up. But feel so much better.
I blood test could find the answer why you feel so tired. Could be sleep apnea. Just be pro-active to find the answer. Hope you feel better my friend.
