I worked nights for 9 years and still have to pull them occasionally. I got hooked on Benadryl during those 9 years. It got to the point where that didn’t work anymore. I had a sleep study and a narcolepsy test in the past year. Now I’m on Ambien 12.5 mg CR. It’s working well so far. I just wish I could sleep longer.
