YES, it was the right move. He had to go, or else it would send a message to the players and recruits that he could be walked all over, and/or if you're a big talent you can get away with whatever you like and the Coach's rhetoric is hollow.

Yes it was the right move and I am ok with the consequences of the decision. Maybe some others needed to go also.
