If he can get them bowl eligible with 80+ new players after a 1-11 season Deion should be fricking Coach of the Year

Why? Lots of teams have had a similar turn around and their coaches didn’t win that award. Willie Fritz won it last year because he beat USC. Something Deion won’t do.
Explain to me why Deion is deserving when those other coaches weren’t.
