When I was in BR during the late 80’s doing some training, EWE and I were in the same coffee shop. We made eye contact as he was leaving and he stopped and came over to say hello. As much as I disliked him as a politician, he was very disarming and very smooth. Similar to what I am told about Clinton. When you meet them, it’s hard not to like them.
