This is a pretty terrible take, its widely accepted that tackling improves steadily throughout the season with more live reps and players becoming more accustomed to the speed of the game

“If we could pressure the quarterback and tackle” (we’d have a good defense)

That’s like saying if we could throw it and catch it , we’d have a good passing game
