Glad you posted that because I was about to post the same info, but since haven't been to Neyland lately, I thought I could be wrong.
Fifty years ago I visited Neyland, and like BR, leaving it took about two hours to get outside, since it is located close to downtown.
About twenty-five years ago they built an efficient rode system with easy exit and off ramps. Now in and out is efficient.
I don't expect that in BR in my lifetime.
