It's worth it. I had both done at the same time. The next morning the wife woke up before me and closed the bedroom door. I had to call her cell to have her open it. I didn't shite for a couple of days because of the pain medication. However, thanks to the OT, we have a bidet. Walmart has some hand strengthening balls that helped with recovery
