Yep. It’s harder for a beginner on a shitty guitar. Get a decent used strat or tele where with a proper setup you can lower the action for easier play, adjust the intonation, and have good tuning pegs so it stays in tune, even lock in tuners upgrade isn’t a bad idea until your muscle memory gets better.
