I'm with you on this one except I'm not that old.
I'm 37, but way too many years of pitching and baseball have left my shoulder in shreds. I still need to have my labrum and rotator cuff repaired. My arm is sore for days after throwing the softball with my daughter.
I can pull 60lbs back but it's not pretty and it hurts to hell and back. I'd scare every deer in a mile radius away. I'm starting to look at crossbows and will welcome the shame from my buddies
