Well a gumbo of course. Duh! Then probably fire up my smoker. Still trying to decide what wood to use. Maybe start out with a traditional hickory or mesquite. After that, might let Mama take a swing at it. Think maybe smothered alien with mashed potatoes and fried okra and some hot water cornbread.
