Sounds like you have not been training the dog? Have you been taking him to any classes or training him on your own? And getting him used to unfamiliar people. Dogs require more attention than some humans at times. Sounds like your dog doesn’t know the pecking order like at all you need to get the dog in a class with your daughter there to train her how to handle the dog with her being alpha. Or just cross your fingers and hope he grows out of it
