re: Newspaper vet folds, moves to Houston: "New Orleans has become a hard city to grow old in"

My Nawlins Country Day cousins bailed 45 yrs ago. And still love NO, family, friends, food, festivals, LSU, etc..

But, life in Palm Desert, Greenwood Village, Sun Valley, Woodlands, etc..there’s no looking back to this decaying dying state. They’re all living their swanky best lives.

I can only imagine how sad they feel for those of us still stuck here. They very rarely come back to NO or BR. All of us from here much prefer travel to visit them there.
