Any internet tools to help garner data for a business plan

I almost finished permitting on a boutique hotel in Youngsville and I'm looking for some data related to overnight hospitality pricing.
The location is Youngsville, LA near the sports complex. It will feature 12 units(enough to house 1 team) and have a shared space for conglomerating with parents and friends.
Besides AirDNA what else can I use to compare my desired pricing with the area? Any help appreciated.
