There needs to be a huge correction on how these people get paid. A homeowner is forking over $30k foe the buyer and seller agent to split on a $500k sale. $15k to make a couple phone calls and print out some paper to sign is obnoxious. Don’t ever believe a realtor when they tell you how hard they work.
