Your boss sounds horrible. Truly. And he’s clearly taking advantage of your work ethic.

If anything it sounds like you’re the kind of employee he should be supporting because of the work you do.

I’d be looking elsewhere. He clearly doesn’t value you and looks at you as the guy he can offload all his shite on. He needs you to bend like Gumby so he doesn’t have to be held accountable as a shitty boss who doesn’t hold all of his folks accountable for the work they do.
