This is my concern. He tells me he's not required to purchase or stock anything. We haven't discussed it yet, so I guess he needs to really explain this scheme to me.

He could mow grass, but he doesn't have any equipment and no way to get it around as of now. He's also very tech savvy (wants to get into cyber security), so anything working with tech is more in his wheelhouse.
