I was hoping for a little OT help. I have a 2014 Honda Pilot 87K miles. Recently the ABS light, Stability Traction control light, and brake light turn on after about twenty minutes of driving.
I’ve got a 2013 Pilot. I have a very similar problem, but mine is with the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light. Light comes and goes, but I keep a close eye on my tire pressure, and it’s always within a pound or two of the suggested pressure. I, too, was told they could fix it, but the annoyance wasn’t worth the price. I live with it.
As a side note, my wife drives a 2017 CR-V, and her TPMS light has just recently started to malfunction the same way my Pilot does.

Those sensors have a finite lifespan. All older vehicles with tpms will have the same problems as they fail.
