What type of terrain and situations do you need these tires for during hunting season?
That actually is a very good question, which would narrow it down. If its a straight hunting truck throw some m/t's on it, if its a daily driver id vote ridge grapplers as they really are the best of both worlds and quiet. As noted my toyo m/t's are as quiet but they only have like 30k miles on them so far, but they haven't worn much. My ridge grapplers were fairly new when sold and had about 10k miles on them but had 0 wear. No matter what you get just rotate and balance often and all the major brands should last you a while (with the exception of mud grapplers, never had them but ridden in trucks with them and they are badass in mud but gonna be loud from day one).
Dont get Kenda Klever's r/t's. They came on my last truck and I couldn't get them off fast enough. Granted they were used and obviously had some miles on them but they were loud af.
