They let them go because there is no place to put them. Louisiana doesn’t have adequate juvenile offender facilities and other states are not taking our money to house them.
So it’s catch and release. And a little bit of theatrics by the media and an elected official.

Okay and why aren’t they being charged as adults in the first place? It’s murder
