It’s supposed to have a faster weight loss (slightly) than Ozemoic and the other one. Most common side effect is constipation and headaches from not eating enough. You won’t be hungry so it will be important to eat 5 small snacks/meals throughout the day and increase your fiber intake greatly. Drink A LOT of water, as well. A magnesium/potassium supplement can help offset headaches from the lower carb intake that will happen naturally.

It’s important to use the first 4 months to make lifestyle changes. Since you won’t be as hungry or have food cravings, use that time to develop healthy, low calorie, well balances eating habits. Walk every single day. This will help with constipation as well as weight loss. Begin to introduce weight training, as well.

Congratulations on taking steps to lose the weight and make important lifestyle changes that will last well beyond the use of medicine.
