Yes they’re in training. Do you know what that means? Do you think it’s only watching and doing nothing, or do you think often times they’re the only one seeing the patient and deciding the treatment plan. Often times they’re the only one in the surgery.

Yes residency sucks and back in the 90s it was worse. Not only was the pay bad but the conditions were a lot worse. And you couldn't call in sick
